We are only able to supply prescription medicines on the basis of a prescription written by a doctor registered in Europe.
Due to imminent changes to our European legal system in 2009 we were forced to cancel our marketing and brokering contracts with our German pharmacies. After a long and indept selecting process we did find new pharmacies, located in India and in the US.
The customer, who orders medication from Indian pharmacy should be aware of the following:
-The medication he ordered has a new generic name.
-The composition will however be the same as in branded product.
-The quality of the medications will always stay under close scrutiny of our pharmacists and doctors.
-The medications will be shipped as always by the same shipper –by international registered mail. Points of departure can vary. In certain cases it will be India or the US.
We cannot accept responsability for the accuracy of the diagnosis and/or treatment given.
The pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct medication, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient.
Product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.
The user and/or purchaser is responsible for the correct choice and use of self-medication drugs and other pharmaceutical products which are available without a prescription.
No diagnostic or therapeutic value should therefore be inferred from the information we provide about such products.
